Presence of epithelial cells in urine during pregnancy

My wife is 8 month pragnant and she has gone throuth urine test and in microscopic examination epithelial cells has been found 10-12/HPF but normal should be 3-4. kindly let me know what that can cause and is it serious matter,

It is normal to have epithelial cells in the urine during pregnancy, it happens due to certain hrmonal changes. No treatment is required for it.
