Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.I will do my best to help you.
As per information provided regarding the list of medication that are being consumed daily - testosterone, synthroid, prednislone, and desmopressin -All these are Hormone therapy which cannot be discontinued without the advice of Physician or treating consultant.Theses hormone levels play vital role in daily life.

There is no replacement or alternative medication if these hormone production is deficient in your body.(Unless pathological illness has been completely cured and there is no need to continue which is to be confirmed by treating Physician)

I understand that it is quite disturbing to be on medication regularly but please try & understand that the requirement of theses can play vital role in your life For example like -Testosterone plays a role in maintaining increase your muscle mass, sharpen your memory and concentration, boost your libido, and improve your energy level.Without testosterone, life would be unimaginable Fortunately,You have availability of all these Hormone replacement medication which can help preventing the deficiency symptoms and help you to lead a better quality life.
Be strong and continue the medication and regular follow up with treating Physician .
