Prescribed Pills For Problem Of Acidity, They Cause Constipation. Any Solution ?

i have problem of acidity and go for motion 4-5 times a day. i concern with many doctor they give pill witch make effect for few days. but the problem is still same. last time i concern with a doctor he gave mi 4 types of pill 1.ibset 2.Librax 3.Colospa Retard 4.Razo They stop motion very badly i even not have motion 1 time in 2 days... tell me some solution for my problem

Hello dear..
The symptoms as mentioned suggests that you might be having Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
The medications namely IBset, Librax & Colospa Retard are helpful in treating this condition whereas Razo prevents gastritis.
So...the medicines given by your Doctor is correct.
But it has been found that these drugs cause constipation as their side effect.
So...it will be better to consult your doctor to find out if there is any other combination of medications which can suit your profile.
Other than that...make sure that you are having fiber rich foods such as fruits & green vegetables.
Maintain adequate hydration...avoid smoking & alcohol.
