Prescribed Suboxone After Stopping Heroin Addiction. How To Take Medicine?
Hello, I am with a friend who is just starting (Wednesday) to get off Heroin. She has in a program with counselig. She just got perscribed Suboxone and has taken one 8 MG film. Directions for Suboxone says put film under tongue for 20 minutes and do not swallow. Ok... question.. after 20 minutes of NOT swallowing and the film dissolves and your mouth if full of spit.... do you THEN swallow the spit full of Suboxone or spit that out? Friend took one film and about half an hour later started vomiting..... she says the Suboxone hasn't lessened the withdrawl of Heroin one bit.... please reply.
