Prescribed Momate for oily skin and pimples. Now dull skin. Want good cream

Hello doc.. my skin color is brown, oilly and also got dark spots & pimples on my face, i ve consulted to a skin specialist and he advised me to apply momate skin cream.. i am applying it since from 3 days, kind of improvement i can see on my skin but my skin color is getting dull day by day. Am feeling very low doc.. pls suggest me sum Gud and parmanent skin cream so that i can get glow on my skin and also suggest a permanent sun screen lotion pls...

Hi ,
Thanks for writing in.

The condition you are suffering from can be acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Momate cream contains mometasone which is very potent steroid and should be avoided on face.
It may give temporary relief but may cause problems in long term.

My advise to you would be -
You can use Cosglo cream at night over face.
Use good quality sunscreen at day time like Suncote gel.
Take a lot of vitamin C in diet and Tab limcee one per day.

Visit a qualified dermatologist who can diagnose and treat your condition after proper examination.
After correct treatment the problem can be resolved permanently.
