Prescribed Ciprofloxacin For Bronchitis. Cough Improved But Have Sore Gums, Teeth, Jaw, Headache. Lethargic. Reason For Symptoms?

Hi, I've just had a bout of bronchitis 2 weeks ago and was prescribed Ciprofloxacin for 7 days. My cough got better and I thought I was on the mend, but 3 days ago I started to feel unwell again and now have a headache with extremely sore gums, teeth and jaw, which is slightly relieved by taking Nurofen. I also feel very lethargic. Had a blood test yesterday to see if I had glandular fever, but this was negative and all other organs were normal. What else could this be, I've never experienced sore gums etc. before?
With many thanks
Kindest regards
Helen
