Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding breathlessness of your daughter and she had been adviced Livolin and Budecort for inhalation through nebuliser by your doctor.

Your medical history, seasion (April to June) and medicines which releaves the symptoms it appears as your daughter is having allergic bronchitis or asthamatic bronchitis. This is an allergic disease and till now there is no treatment to cure it, but the important thing is that with some precautions one may save from attack of dyspnoea.

1- Avoid sudden exposure to cold and hot.

2- Try to avoid dusty atmosphere.

3- Avoid pet in house.

4- Avoid carpet in house and mainly in bed room.

5- Humidity is also harmful.

If possible you may consult Allergy specialist for skin test for identification of suspected allergen and that may be manage by desensatisation.

The drugs you are taking are the usual medicines with least side effects.

Probably above answers your query.

Regards.
