Prescribe Diet To Reduce Cholesterol.

Hello Dokter, I saw today that my cholesterol total(soro) 255 mg/dl cholestrol HDL 72 mg/dl cholestrol LDL 147 mg/dl trigliceridis(soro) 178 mg/dl (Had a gallbladder operation three weeks ago...) am I in risk...Don t want to take statins but only reduce with diet if possible... Hope you can help me out My weight is 59 kilos and am 168 cm, and my age is 61 (woman)

Your total cholesterol ,triglycerides.,ldl is high.
Consume low fat low carboydrate diet
Avoid saturated and tran fat sources like ghee, butter , cream, full fat cheese, egg Yolk, full fat dairy products , beef, red meats , fried foods, bakery products, processed foods all this causes increase in cholesterol.
Eat lots of vegetables as high fibre diet reduces cholesterol.
Avoid simple sugars, refined cereal and starches as excess carbohydrates are stored as triglycerides.
Exercise regularly for minimum of 45 minutes daily it has great impact in reducing cholesterol.
