Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Actually your grey hair is a genetic problem with no medical solution for it . Usually it is accompanied with mental tension which is to be taken care of as it will increase the greying of hair. Anaemia also can cause grey hair and hair fall. I advise you to consult a general physicion for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you some non medical procedures for relief, as Diversion procedures as yoga , meditation, hearing music, and reading books.
Diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, sea foods, fruits, juices, and dry fruits while following these don't observe for progress. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
