Premature ejaculation during intercourse, unable to satisfy wife. Medication for treatment?

Hi, Good morning sir, I need one support from you, Actually I got married 4 year ago & I have one kids also, Last few month when I am doing sex then sperm will realized within minute, so my wife will not satisfied, can you please assist me regarding this problem & medicine , please keep this information confidentially

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of getting Premature Ejaculation.
In absence of any organic cause the cause of premature ejaculation is due to performance anxiety and mind related.
You have to discuss the issue with your wife as her cooperation is very imp
Following measures will help to boost up your level of confidence and allay anxiety and there by improve your sexual performance,
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
You can take medication like Tab Dapoxine Please consult your family physician for prescription,dosage and timing of the drug to be taken
