Pregnant, Work Out Regularly. What Heart Rate Is Advisable During Running?

Hi, My wife has just found out shes pregnant and she is 33 yrs old. She excercises 7 days a week normally(bike riding 2 times at 40ks each session, personal training, yoga( cold ) and running. Can you advise on heart rate that is ok to run at as we are only going to be running now. I am getting mixed feedback and i also understand everyones different. Many thanks. BTW she is very fit

Doing exercise during the pregnancy is not contraindicated but the exercise should be light and should not raise the intra- abdominal pressure. It is best to avoid any heavy exercise during the first three months.
