Pregnant with loose stools. Prescribed with econorm. Is this safe during pregnancy?

I am 22 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am having slight loose motion for the past two days. My doctor has prescribed Econorm (sachet) to be taken one in the morning and one today evening. She has also suggested I take coconut water or fresh Lime juice or buttermilk. Also I should be increasing my intake of water.

Please let me know if Econorm is safe during pregnancy.
