Hi,

Your symptoms point to a vaginitis, mostly candida. You should see your obstetrician right away for an examination and proper management as untreated genital infections can infect the baby and may predispose to preterm labor. You should also get your urine tested and treated if there is any urine infection. Your partner should also be treated. Maintain proper genital hygiene and abstain from sexual intercourse as you have already entered the last trimester. Good luck.
