Pregnant with itching and sores inside the thigh. Solution?

I am 29 weeks pregnant, and around my bikini line(I guess you would say) had been itching really bad for the past two weeks. I figured it may just be irritated skin and put lotion on it. Well it has stopped the day before yesterday, and tonight I noticed I have like sores on the inside of my thigh close to my bikini line. It has throw caution to me and I don t go back to see my doctor till the 30th. Any idea what it could be or how to make them go away?

Thanks for writing to us.
The presence of the sores with itching is likely to be due to a fungal infection in the area. A direct examination of the area is an integral part of diagnosis. You can use a topical antifungal ointment till then for relief.
