Pregnant with whitish mark on the stomach. Have diabetes. Have a notched uterine artery. What are the complications to be expected?

Gestational diabetes makes your wife to have a large for dates baby or a premature labor. The chances of congenital malformations is unlikely but is difficult to predict without proper tests. A notched uterine artery is not a worrisome finding.
