HI : amulyabharadwaj

THANKS FOR YOUR QUESTION.

IN CASES OF BICORNUATE UTERUS PATIENT USUALLY HAVE RECURRENT SPONTANEOUS ABORTION.FIRST YOU HAVE TO DO A HSG OR HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY OR LARAROSCOPY TO DIAGNOSE THE CASES AND ALSO DIAGNOSES THE GRADE OF BICORNUATE UTERUS.IF ITS MILD VARITY THEN YOU MAY TRY ANOTHER PREGNANCY AS SOME10-20% CASES PREGNANCY IS SUCCESSFUL BUT IF IT IS SEVERE GRADE INVOLVING CERVIX THEN YOU HAVE TO DO A SURGERY TO GET A PREGNANCY.OTHERWISE PREGNANCY IS NOT POSSIBLE.
SO CONSULT A GOOD GYNAECOLOGIST OR GOOD HOSPITALS FOR OPINION.

BEST WISHES
