During pregnancy this is NORMALLY a little elevated, often right around 12, but I have seen it higher under very normal circumstances. WBC s in your urine should prompt a urine culture to rule out a bladder infection which is a problem during pregnancy. But, from what you are telling me, it sounds like this is all related to findings on your blood test which, in fact, are likely normal if you are feeling well!
