hi i am 31 years old having a 10 years old girl and now i am pregnent my last period date was 12 august and i saw the docter on 23 october and took ultrasound but the doctor said to me that we can see a pouch in the utrus but baby is not clear and she also said that wait for a week and recomended lupigest 200 pls tell why she said all this

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

According to your last menstrual period the gestational age should be around 9 weeks by Oct 23rd.
Generally by that time fetal pole along with cardiac activity can also visualized in ultrasound.
So the possibilities are wrong dates or blighted ovum.
You better wait for one more week as suggested by your doctor and undergo repeat ultrasound which can found out the actual cause of growth lag of the fetus.
