Pregnant, Ultrasound Showed Gestational Sac, Have Mild Spotting, Taking Ovigyn 5000 IU Injections. Worrisome?

Hello there. my last periods were on 7th june 2012. I had gone to my gynac last week she couldnt see the sac. Today i just went to her again and she could see a well developed gestational sac but i saw some three brown spots on my panty? what could it be? i am tensed pls help. She has started with OVIGYN 5000 IU shots every alternate day and called me after 10 days.

It is right now too early to clearly see a fetal cardiac activity on an ultrasound scan. The brown spots that you see might be from the old bleeding that would have happened during implantation. Please do not worry.
