. Since you are travelling a lot, which is obviously tiring, I suggest you to take a break for sometime to get some rest or make an alternate arrangement for travel so that you do not get sick. Lot of stress
is not advisable during pregnancy. You can take small palatable meals several times a day along with the usual anti emetic preparations that your doctor has given. Avoid fried and oily foods. Take care.
