Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
Please visit you doctor and have a lower limb duplex immediately to exclude the possibility of deep vein thrombosis
, which is common in pregnancy.
You doctor should start parental anticoagulant
once he suspects DVT.
If the duplex is normal and your doctor does not suspect DVT, then there is nothing to worry about.
As for the muscle cramps
, try to do the following.
- increase calcium and magnesium
- have a 10 minute walk daily if your doctor allows.
- drink plenty of water.
- wear supportive stockings.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
