Pregnant, Spotting. Ultrasound Shows Irregular Gestational Sac, No Fetal Pole. Safe To Continue Pregnancy?

Hi, I am xxxxx, 23years old I am 6wks 5 days pregnant but yesterday i had spotting when they scanned they told there is small irregular gestational sac and no obvious live fetal pole seen my question will this pregnancy will continue or not please advise what is the reason for this how can we prevent for the next time or pregnancy

HI,
Welcome to health care magic.
usually at 5wks of pregnancy gestational sac will appear.
at 6wks foetal pole,and by 7weeks we can see foetal heart rate. here your sac is irregular,small and no foetal pole.
it is non viable pregnancy.you can take pills for abortion after consulting your gynaecologist.
you have to take t.folic acid 5mg in prepregnancy period also.TAKE CARE.
