I think what you are suffering from is excessive flatulence
or gas formation.
Please drink a lot of fluids.
Exercise in moderation - a walk for half an hour to 45 minutes a day should suffice.
Do not eat in binges.
Eat small frequent meals throughout the day.
Do not lie down for atleast an hour after eating.
Make sure you are not constipated.
Take antacids for gastritis
as it aggravates the problem.
Avoid eating outside, and eat home cooked, hygienic food.
Increase probiotics in your food such as curd, yoghurt , lactobacilli spore sachets etc.
