Pregnant, Lower Abdominal Pain, Leg Numbness. Cause Of Worry?

Hi there, i am currently 18 weeks and 4 days pregnant fith my 1st baby. I am 22 years old. I have been experiencing pain in my left lower abdomen causing my left leg to go numb. Is this something i should worry about, what can be the cause of this and what do you recommend i do? Your help will be much appreciated.

Hi,
This can be symptom of sciatica. This normally appears due to nerve compression due to swelling tissue. You can get rid of it partially by doing some exercises. You can go to physiotherapist who will teach you these exercises.
