Pregnant, Low Hemoglobin. Taking Cosmofer Injection, Should I Continue With These Shots?
hi, i m in my 23 weeks of pregnancy , i ve been on cosmofer injection every 3 days for 3 month now (took 26 shots untill now )& still my HB is low its 9 .. what shall i do ? is cosmofer is okey on the long term ? should complete taking these shots ??? I m also taking 1 pill prenatal vit + 1 cal mag its calcium & magnesium supplement .. thanx

It is better to take total dose of iron in IV drip rather than IM inj as they may cause local reaction
As your HB is 9 so there is no need to take more inj
You can take oral iron tablets and diet rich in iron
