Pregnant, In Third Trimester, Have Painful Lump In The Pelvic Region Causing Difficulty In Standing. What Could It Be?

i am currently 33 weeks pregnant and for about a month i have had a lump about the size of a golf ball cut in half on the left side of my pelvic region. but it is not a lymph node. it wasnt painful until recently. now it hurts almost all the time but especially right after i stand up i get pains in that region and a lot of pressure. any ideas of what it could be?

From the details possibility of hernia comes to mind.

Hernias are common in this region and are know remain symptom-less for long duration.Pain on standing again supports this possibility.

Getting a sonography done can help to know what it is.
