Pregnant, Had Miscarriage, Abdominal Pain, Bloating. Taking Prenatal Vitamins. Explain Situation

Hello I am 41 I was pregnant with my 1st pregnancy and I miscarried I don't know how far along I was, but I bed for 6 weeks from heavy and abdominal pains passing clots to where I am now NO beeding and no pain, I have irregular periods and my qurstion is what are my chance of getting preggers again and should I be taking prenatal vitamins and calcium with d-3?

The ability to conceive decreases with age but pregnancy is possible if you are still having regular menstrual cycles.
If you are trying to conceive again then you should use prenatal vitamins , these would contain the nutrients particularly folic acid that the baby will need.

You may want to wait till a few months after the miscarriage before trying to conceive.
