Pregnant, Gestational Diabetic, On Humalin. Having Nausea, Headache, Sore Throat, Mild Fever. Advice?
I will be 32 weeks pregnant on Monday. I am also a gestational diabetic who started 10 units of humalin last night for elevated a.m. Fasting numbers. All day today I have felt ill; nauseated, headache , sore throat and a mild fever (99). I took two regular strength acetaminophen. Should I do anything else? I.e., call my OB?

As you have started insulin only yesterday, it would be prudent to get in touch with your doctor for advice. They may want to check your blood sugars. Also, if you are coming down with an illness, they may need to adjust your insulin levels.
