Pregnant, constipation, anxiety, back pain, pre-anemic, dizziness. Treatment?

I am four months pregnant, I have not gone to the bathroom in four weeks and every day I am getting sicker. I have severe anxiety , pain is almost unbearable in my back, I have been to the doctor once and he told me I am pre anemic and now I have moved I do not have a doctor yet. I feel like fainting , I can not sleep and my anxiety is only getting worse, what do I do?

Hi Heather.

Thank you for putting up your problem to Healcare Magic!
Four long weeks since passed any motions, are you passing flatus(fart) or not/
If no, then it is an surgical emergency please consult your surgeon.
If yes, then you should start liquid Cremaffin 5ml BD. AND ENSURE GOOD HYDRATION for best results.
If you are having anemia then you should start iron supplements as well, 100mg thrice a day.
It would result in black stools and constipation. So you need to take Cremaffin/Dulcolax regular for a week and then as required.
I hope this information would be both informative and helpful for you
