Pregnant, Cold Cough, Sinus, Fever, Prescribed Azee 250, Paracetamol. Safe To Fetus?

I am 38 week pregnent and is having cold cough and sinus issue from last 2 days .also had little fever .consulted a physician and he suggested azothromycin250 mg tab brand name azee 250 one tab a day with paracemol 650 as needed.also given fluticosane nasel spray one dose a day. Is this antibiotic is safe for fetus at this time ?

It is safe at this period. Majority of the drugs are avoided in first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After that if the drugs are really needed then they are prescribed.
Steam inhalation will definitely help. Try avoiding steroid spray. Antibiotics is acceptable.
