Pregnant, Cervix Cerclage Done, On Folvite, Duvadilan, Calcium And Iron Medicines.Is Duvadilan Safe?

Hello Doctor, as per the Anomaly sonogram of 20th week my wife is 28 week pregnant today and had cervix cerclage last month. Prior to the operation everything was normal and she was taking Folvite, AAA Calcium and iron Medicines. After the operation our Gynecologist suggested to take Duvadilan retard 40 MG till pregnancy and also advice to stop folic acid tablet i.e. Folvite. Today we visited one more Gynecologist and they said we should not continue Duvadilan. Can you please suggest us whether it is safe to continue Duvadilan retard 40 MG and stop folvite? Also advise us what should we continue till pregnancy and what needs to be stop?

Firstly I fail to understand how she can be 28 weeks at 20 weeks !!
Beats me, please do clarify.
As she had cervical encirclage, I presume that the pregnancy has a complicating factor, namely, risk of preterm labour.
Folic acid can be continued right until term, there is no issue with that.
Also, Duvadilan should be continued till 36 weeks, if there is a risk of preterm labour.
There is no risk with that also.
