Pregnant. Was Dilated. Pressure In Lower Abdomen, Vagina Feels Swollen. What Is Going On?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant & 2 or 3 weeks ago I was dilated 1 & a half centimeters .. I keep experiencing pressure down low & the baby feels like she can fall out at anytime , my vagina feels swollen & when I urinate I don't have to push at all .. could I be dilated more ? should I go to the hospital if my pressure keeps getting worse ?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since your internal os is loose, it is normal to feel that something is coming out. With every minor contraction, the bag of membranes forms causing the pressure. It is best to take rest for now.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
