Pregnant. Stomach Feeling Tight, Pain In Pelvic Bone, Having Loose Motion. What To Do?

im 36 weeks pregnant with my second kid and my stomach has been getting really tight and then normal about every 20 minutes and im having a really bad pain in my lower lower stomach by my pelvic bone to were i can barely move. I have also starting having loose stools today and i dont know if i should go to the hospital or what

Having regular pains in the lower abdomen at an interval of 20 minutes is suggestive of an early labour. This is likely to gradually progress into full fledged labor pains soon. You should attend an ER for proper management.
