Hi,
During pregnancy there is increased vascularity to the peripheries and also to the soft parts. The symptoms you are experiencing could be due to the trauma secondary to a rough intercourse. As the female urethra is shorter, any trauma leads to urethritis and thus there is pain to pass urine. As of now, you need rest and please get a clinical exam by a specialist to note and treat any infection as any infection is harmful in pregnancy. Please take adequate water ans maintain genital hygiene. Please abstain from intercourse until you heal well. Hope this helps.
