Pregnant. Raw, Red, Hurting Skin In Buttcrack Due To Stretching From Being Pregnant. No Hemorrhoids. Any Topical Ointment?

I'm 31 weeks pregnant, I was a size four before getting pregnant and I definitely do not have child bearing hips... My belly has gotten so big I can only assume at this point my skin is stretching so much that it has begun to make my butt chek spread fr apart which is making my butt crack bleed. I've take. A personal mirror and checked to see if it was just hemorrhoids, but it's note atleast a 1.5 inch portion in my buttcrack is red raw and hurts of I don't keep hemorrhoid cream on it. Is this common or should I bring it up at my next d appt to try I get some medicated topical ointment of some sort?

Hi, it appears to be the fissure in ano, probably due to the hard stools, of course it is better to consult you doctor for treatment, so that you may not have trouble in delevery. You should see that you keep your stools soft by taking green leafy vegetables, mor of water etc. Thank you.
