Hi, I had what I was told was shingles on the left of my forehead & Bell's palsy about 13 years ago. I totally recovered from the Bell's palsy but the area where the shingles were was left kind lumpy & a little scarred. Since then I have had a few smaller breakouts in the same area. I have one now, it just looks like the starting of a big cold sore but the left side of my head is very tender to touch & the pain is from top of my head to bottom of my ear on left side. I'm also 16 weeks pregnant so not sure what treatment to take. Should I use zorvirax cream & paracetamol & wait for it to go itself? I'm also a long term migraine sufferer so finding it hard being pregnant to deal with migraines without medicine.
