Pregnant. Lower Back Pain, Discomfort. Is There A Solution?
My daughter is turning 2 yrs this week - of late I am experiencing lower back pain recently to the left of my body just like I had whilst pregnant. I am employed full time in a constant seated position due to the nature of my work & was wondering if there was anything that could be suggested to ease the discomfort ? When seated I feel I need to be standing & when standing I need to sit - would any time off from my job for a short time be any solution ?
Hi, It seems that this might be due to stiffness of back muscles due to nature of work and lack pf exercise. Do back extension and pelvic floor exercise daily. Do physical exercise like walking, swimming daily for 30 40 minutes for 5 days in a week. Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements. Ok and take care.
