Pregnant. Have Itchy Bumps On Fingers, Itching. Are They Bug Bites? Skin Disorder?

I am twenty weeks pregnant and i have small itchy bumps on my fingers and hands ..also i have larger more welt like bumps on my back legs and arms they are extreamly itchy and causeing me to lose sleep at night... Every doctor tells me bug bites witch is just impossible because they appear at random no matter where i am ..i have been readi.g up on all pregnancy skin disordersbut how to determine witch is the one that i have
