Pregnant. Had Chest Tightness, Short Breath. Pain On Left Arm Leg & Hip, Headache. Consult Doctor?

I am almost 25 weeks pregnant. I woke up today and feel a tightness in my chest and in my arms. Mostly my left side. I can hear my heartbeat in my ears and was short of breath. I stayed up awhile trying to calm down then laid on my left side and feel back asleep. I woke up again and just have a weird feeling in my left arm and my left leg and hip hurts. My breathing has gone back to normal, but it left a pain in my left eye and a headache. Should I try to call the hospital or wait until tomorrow when my dr office opens.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The mild body pains that you described are commonly seen in pregnancy due to the mild hormonal changes in the body during the period. Rest and mild pain killers like acetaminophen will help in decreasing the symptoms.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
