Chances of pregnancy during lactation can not be avoided
As you are having very early pregnancy so it can be terminated medically
MT pill kits are available in the market but i would suggest you to consult your gynae before taking these pills as sometimes chances of excessive bleeding are there and the doctor should be easily accessible
Use contraception like barrier methods or IUCD like Multiload
