Pregnancy. Taking Norethisterone To Prevent Menstrual Pain. Side Effects On Fetus?

Hi Dr, My wife had her last period on 6 July 2012. We got married on 21 July 2012 and went from honeymoon from 30/07/12-14/08/12. During this period, she started taking norethisterone twice daily to prevent menstrural pains. However, we found out last week that she s been pregnant. We would like to ask about the effects of norethisterone on the fetus . Many thanks.
