Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described symptoms, you are most likely suffering migraine with myalgia.
Presence of headache with aggravation of exposure to light suggests the diagnosis.
Your complete blood count report is absolutely normal.
Migraine is a syndrome with presence of multiple complaints. Headache, aggravation with exposure to light, nausea and vomiting, pulsating headache are common symptoms of migraine.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ neurologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for CT/ MRI brain to rule out intracranial pathology.
Meanwhile, you should take naproxen, metoclopramide, flunarizine and divalproex.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
