hi,

thank you for the query and welcome to hcm forum.

you haven't mention the duration of the problem and whether it is chronic.

you have got rhinosinusitis with post nasal drip syndrome. there may be associated deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, soft tissue turbinate hypertrophy, enlarged adenoids, tonsillitis etc. so, a thorough nasal and oral examination needed.

Nasal irrigation by saline every 4 hours will reduce the nasal symptom. Rinsing the oral cavity with warm salt water will reduce swallowing problem.Topical decongestant like oxymetazoline drops and intranasal steroid spray can relieve blocked ear by reducing the swelling of nasopharyngeal mucosa. Antihistamine like fexofenadin is very effective for allergy. For pain paracetamol or NSAIDs like ibuprofen, naproxen can be used. Antibiotic may be needed if bacterial pathology is suspected.

Don't be panic as it will make thing more worse than actual

Consult with ENT specialist and get specific treatment.

Hope this helps.
