It seems that you are having pain and heaviness in scrotum and soreness over it,there could be many reasons but commonest are
1.tight clothing
2.some infection may urinary tract or inside the scrotum itself
3.some minor injury at times.
4.local skin infection
Try to avoid tight clothing, take some routine analgesics, for local skin soreness wear clothes that permit ventilation means cotton etc.apply some routine mosturiser,.still have problem pl.see a doctor.
