Possibility Of Impaired Airways Due To Exposed Fumes ?

I recently have been exposed to fumes of blue foam insulation, which burned my airways, and caused my heart to race, and made me feel faint. I aslo had some reactions afterward, feeling achy all over, and hot, cold...like a flu. It came and went. I ve seen a doctor who said my airways have been impaired, 40/60/70 s.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Now you are suffering from acute bronchitis.
Bronchitis is a condition in which the bronchial tubes become inflamed. These tubes carry air to your lungs.
The fumes that you inhaled through your nose and mouth damaged the bronchial tubes and ends in irritation and inflammation of the bronchial tubes.
The particles in the lungs and bronchial tubes will be cleared overtime by your body macro phages and other cells.
Take NSAIDS like diclofenac or ibuprofen for body pain.
Drink plenty of water. Take rest.
Always ensure your safety while working.
Wear all personal protective equipment's like Mask while working.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
