Positive ANA with centromere pattern, hair loss, arthritis, fibromyalgia, SI Joint dysfunction, Tachycardia. Help?

I have a positive ANA 1:160 with centromere pattern, hair loss, arthritis . fibromyalgia , SI Joint dysfunction, Tacchycardia, photosensitivity , vitamin D Deficiency, elevated CRP but other tests normal and a herniated L5/S1 disc. Recent symptoms include purple spots on legs and red sore feet after temperature changes. Also multiple lumps under skin in forearms. My biggest concern are the lumps on my arms that have spread very quickly. They do not show up on ultrasound so are most likely lipomas. I have had three large ones removed from my abdomen and knee. Any thoughts...

Thanks for writing to us.
The multiple small swellings on your limbs are likely to be due to neurofibromas or autoimmune disorder. A direct examination and biopsy will help in proper diagnosis. These swellings are not likely to be due to lipomas.
