Popping In Knee Due To Jump, Painful While Walking With Lump On Knee. Is This Possible Sprain?

Jumped down about a foot to have a popping in my knee, it hurt for a few minutes but it s not as bad, I can walk and have full flexibility and strength it seems. It does still hurt to walk. There is lump on the right side of the right knee, could it just be sprained or something?

Welcome to HCM.
There might be soft tissue injury surrounding knee because your whole body weight came on right knee.
Lump formation is most likely due to collection of blood inside.
You have to apply ice 3 to 5 times a day for 3 days.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Avoid weight bearing on that knee.
Apply elasto bandage during movement.
Avoid any extra movement, sports activity till get complete cure.
If pain is severe then go for x-ray and start treatment under orthopedician.
