Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,on Medication For Regular Periods,no Period This Month,pregnancy Test Negative

Hi, I ve been taking Duphaston to regulate my period (I ve been diagnosed with PCOS ). Been taking it for almost a year now, and I ve been having my periods monthly. Except this month. I took Duphaston March 7-16. Do not have my period until now. I took a pregnancy test but result was negative. Just want to know if I should be worried.

Hi welcome to H.C.M.F. Duphastan will correct the periods but not the underlying cause. anaemia is the main cause of irregular periods. you eat much of green leafy vegetables rich in iron, cereals rich in proteins, fruits
