my age 63 women in my urine test plenty of blood cell present ,epithelial cells :2-3/hpf and,rbc:nil i want know what is the problem

yes,burning.The 2Dultrasonography of abdomen on colour doppler test findings are THERE IS EVIDENCE OF HERNIATION OF BOWEL LOOPS TO THE SUBCUTANEOUS REGION THROUGH THE DEFECT NOTED AT UMBILICUS .impressions;1)CHOLELITHIASIS.2)MILD CHANGES OF CYSTITIS ,3)UMBILICAL HERNIA. the docter advised to take operation ,what will i do ?.

you have written , plenty of blood cells and RBC :nil , please see it again , it should be pus cells.
What are the symptoms ? Is there any burning or frequency or pain while passing urine ?
