Please Suggest Medicines For Anxiety And Head Tremors

i am on zosert for anxiety and betacap for head tremors...still my heart beat is not under control and i'm always uncomfortable if sitting quietly in a group..i have stopped all subtance usage but there is not much of improvement..zosert 50mgfor 2 months and betacap tr for 1 week

I think, you have generalized anxiety disorder. In that case, you need higher dose of sertraline up to 200mg. Better to increase it gradually 50 mg per day and you can also take low dose benzodiazepine with it. Carry on with betacap TR at same dose. Better to discuss about it with your psychiatrist. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. In case, you need any help, you can consult me.
